Project 1: Corporate Office Revamp 

We have completed a comprehensive facility management overhaul of Dubai's corporate office. The challenge has been to develop a corporate-realized environment that improves employee productivity and is contemporary in appearance.

Challenges: The office was outdated regarding the layout and poorly functional.

Solutions: Redesign workspace layout to be energy efficient through modern lighting methods and upgrade HVAC systems for better climate control.

Outcome: The client reported an increase in employee satisfaction and productivity in the post-renovation period.

Project 2: Residential Complex Maintenance

The management of a large-scale residential complex was assigned to maintain the facilities with some plumbing leaky spots and inadequate security measures. 

Challenges Faced: Continuous plumbing issues led to complaints from residents, and the security was not up to the mark.

Solutions Provided: The plumbing system was inspected thoroughly, which led to repairs and installations of upgraded security systems with surveillance camera installations. 

Outcome: Residents feel much better satisfied about the safety measures and a considerable improvement in living conditions.
